Challenge:
A major customer who primarily manufactures electronic equipment was on a mission to consolidate their supplier base and establish relationships with just a few strategic suppliers.
Actions Taken:
Rable Machine was chosen to be one of these strategic partners in part due to our innovative inventory management programs. After successfully quoting several large blocks of parts for an initial location, we were asked, over the next three years, to work on four major new programs for other company locations.
